Richard G. Bates Jr is an Attorney with over twenty years of civil litigation practice experience concentrating on the representation of injured consumers. He is a graduate of Tulane University Law School (J.D. 1985) and Tulane University College of Arts and Sciences (BA. 1982).

Mr. Bates is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Contra County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Bates has extensive litigation experience in the representation of injured consumers against insurance companies, auto dealers and manufactures, and finance companies. While his office is located in the City of Concord, Mr. Bates has represented injured consumers throughout the State of California.
